In case you missed it: DJ Snake released one of the hottest collaborations of 2018. Teaming up with artists of Latin roots – Ozuna, Selena Gomez and Cardi B, the French DJ produces an up-beat, floor-filler titled “Taki Taki”. The track in which each artist performs in both English and Spanish, finds the trio talking about love and what can go down beyond dancing on the dance floor. “He said he wanna touch it, and tease it, and squeeze it / Well my piggy banks hungry, my n-gga, you need to feed it,” Cardi spits over the Reggaeton-influenced Snake production. “If the text ain’t freaky, I don’t wanna read it / And just to let you know, this punani is undefeated, aye,” she continues before passing things off to Selena. “Careful when you come through my way / My body already know how to play / Work it, keep it tight everyday / And I, I, I know you need a taste,” she seduces. The video to the track, which finds Snake, Ozuna, Selena and Bardi exploring the jungle, is just as fun as the song itself. Upon the video’s release, “Taki Taki” became one of the Top 10 fastest videos to reach 100 million views on YouTube. Since then, “Taki Taki” has topped multiple charts and broke numerous records.
