New Music: Charli XCX & Rita Ora Reunite On “After The After Party (VIP MIX)”

After teaming up with Lil Yachty for “After The Afterparty”, Charli XCX plugs in British femcees and divas Raye, Rita Ora and SteffLondon for the “VIP Remix”. “After The Party” is an upbeat pop tune about what goes down, after the after party. “Cause after the afterparty, we’re gonna keep it goin / We’re gonna rip it up, the neighbours might complain / ‘Cause after the afterparty, we’re gonna stay ’til mornin’ / Then when the time is up, we’ll do it all again,” Charli croons over the Stargate & SOPHIE power-production.On the remix, the ladies keep the party going. “Pull up in my fresh whip / Got Steffy on my left / We’re stashin’ that crown / Charli, Charli, where the party,” Rita adds. “After The Afterparty” serves as the lead single off of Charli’s forthcoming album. Unfortunately, the album has been pushed to September. However, a mixtape from the British pop singer is in the works! Definitely looking forward to that!
