New Music: Iggy Azalea – “Sexy” ft. French Montana

Over the weekend, a highly-anticipated Iggy Azalea and rumored boyfriend French Montana collaboration hit the web. The pop-rap track finds Iggy flaunting her goods on a few verses as French Montana admires her. “He said that I spark his interest, I’m not easy to impress / Ain’t no dress code to this fresh / Ain’t no lay away on this dress,” she spits over the radio-friendly production. “Hey pretty lady / Girl, you can be my baby / I think you so underrated / And I can’t wait to hit it, hit it / Now baby come and get it, get it,” French spits on the hook “Your so sex-sex-sex-sexy.” The track, most likely called “Sexy”, hit the web December 2nd. It’s unsure if the collaboration will be on Iggy’s sophomore album Digital Distortion. However, the leak sounds like a potential hit so I’m excited to see how things roll out. The follow-up to Azalea’s last single “Team” is due for release in January. The track will feature a female singer, similar to hits like “Fancy” featuring Charli XCX and “Black Widow” featuring Rita Ora. Definitely looking forward to more from I-G-G-Y!
