New Music: Fergie Moves On With “Life Goes On”
After delivering singles like “L.A. Love (La La)” and “MILF$”, Fergie slows things down with another single titled “Life Goes On”. Unlike the previous singles, “Life Goes On” is a stripped down track that finds herself accepting the life that she lives. “Every day when I wake up / Tryna read my fortune on the bottom of my coffee cup / But it seems like I never finish / It’s always half full (or is it half empty?),” she croons. “Life goes on with or without you / It’s up to you what you’re gonna do / You could go or you could stay / Who cares anyway?,” she continues on the hook. “Life Goes On” is the third cut off of Fergie’s highly-anticipated album Double Dutchess.
