The new single, which features Lil Yachty, is an upbeat pop tune about what goes down, after the after party. “Cause after the afterparty, we’re gonna keep it goin / We’re gonna rip it up, the neighbours might complain / ‘Cause after the afterparty, we’re gonna stay ’til mornin’ / Then when the time is up, we’ll do it all again,” Charli croons over the Stargate & SOPHIE power-production. The new single is everything we expect from the UK songstress. “After The Afterparty” oozes the pop-friendly vibes that Charli’s first album consisted off while delivering the gnarly, hard-hitting vibes from the Vroom Vroom era.
