New Music: JoJo – “Mad Love”

After making her return to music with “F**k Apologies” featuring Wiz Khalifa, JoJo follows up with a new promotional single titled “Mad Love”. “Mad Love” is a upbeat balled that finds the R&B singer singing about a powerful love that she can’t let go. “Cause you give me mad love / How far can we go? Nobody knows / You give me bad love / But I’ll take what I get, I’m starvin’ for it,” she croons over the modern-day, doo-wop power production. “Like I’ve never had love / You keep me insane, I’m not ashamed / Don’t give a damn, love / I want you so bad / You give me (mad love, mad love),” she continues. JoJo’s forthcoming Mad Love serves as JoJo’s return to the music industry. Although she never went anywhere, the “Get Out (Leave)” singer has been under a messy contract that prohibited her from any major releases since the early millennial.
