New Music: Ragz Da Artist – “Woah”

Screen Shot 2016-08-16 at 2.20.20 PMAfter 15 years, someone finally responds to Mya’s ” … Like Woah”. Earlier this week Rhode Island R&B singer and creative released another cut off of his forthcoming project Everything Is Everything. “Like Woah” is an upbeat track that delivers the hard-hitting production of a millennial club banger but the smoothness of an R&B bedroom banger. It’s a dope fusion of the two genres! On the track Ragz admires a beautiful lady, “Got a bad chick from my town shawty like woah / From her lips to her toes, ass like woah / She tell me make it rain whenever we alone / so I throw it n the air watch her drop it to the flow / Swear lil mama’s bad she’s killing these other hoes, she’s like woah,” he continues over the  Mike Slick production.

#BennettKnowsRadio Interviews Ragz Da Artist

During an interview on #BennettKnowsRadio , Ragz discussed the new project, “the system”, R&B music and much more! Growing up Ragz caught his musical influences from Liberian music, Biggie, Tupac, Luther Vandross, Sam Cook and Usher. On the new 13-track project, Ragz will provide “smooth and sexy” R&B with some rap verses while exploring his journey growing up. “When I started my taking my music seriously, I was in a messed up place. I had to start over. I took all the hurt, all the pain I’ve been through, everything I put other people through and just washed my hands. Everything is everything,” he explained. While the project has insightful tracks such as “In The City”, a song that explores “the system”, Ragz will provide club-bangers with tracks like “Glass Tables” and “Like Woah”.
