New Music: Rae Sremmurd – “Look Alive (Remix)” ft. Migos

After blazing 2015 with their debut album SremmLife, Rae Sremmurd is back on a new wave. Kicking off their sophomore album, the duo deliver the remix to it’s lead single “Look Alive”. The remix, featuring the Migos, is about riding that wave throughout the night. “I’m so far out of sight! Yeah that sounds about right / Kill this cup, not my vibe! Be the highlight of my night! Look alive, look alive,” Swae Lee croon over the bouncy yet grimy Mike Will Made-It production. In addition to Swae and Slim Jxmmi, Takeoff, Set and Quavo deliver a verse of their own. The album cut is part of the #EardrummerSummer series, which includes “a ton of music,” according to executive producer Mike Will. SremmLife2, slated for release August 14th, features collaborations with Lil Jon, Juicy J, Bobo Swae, Impxct and Riff 3x. Are you ready for part 2!?
