New Music: Teyana Taylor and Chris Brown Get Their “Freak On”

Over the weekend, Teyana Taylor unleashed a her highly anticipated single “Freak On”. A few months ago Chris Brown, who’s featured on the single, riled fans up when he teased the bedroom banger on Instagram. Long and behold, the single comes swooping in with a great response. “Freak On” is an upbeat DJ Mustard production sampling Adina Howard’s ’90s classic “Freak Like Me.” “Cause I’ma be your freak all through the day, until the dawn / And I can do whatever thing you like, boy what you want,” Teyana croons on the hook. “I’m up and you up, We making love from the bed to the floor tonight / You got me feigning, wanting more / beat it up, you on all fours,” Chris Brown continues. I love the track! It definitely feeds off of Teyana’s 90’s inspired vibe while providing that new school sound perfect for the summer. What do you think?
