New Music: YG – “Still Brazy”

YG is still brazy! After releasing the lead single, “Why You Always Hatin?” featuring Drake & Kamaiyah off of his forthcoming sophomore album, YG continues to promote with a new album cut titled “Still Brazy”. On the track, YG continues to question why people continue to hate amongst his success. “Look at my life, Been through it all, got bullet wounds twice / Still don’t know where it came from, yikes! Why everybody want a piece of my pie? I, I, gotta keep guns with me / Shit real, I ain’t tryna be pretty, paranoia got this Henny in my kidney! Cause I don’t know if they’re with me or against me,” he spits over the booming power production. “This sh*t brazy,” he spits on the hook.

Last night, YG’s forthcoming album Still Brazy was made available for pre-order on iTunes. The anticipated project consists of 17-tracks and features collaborations with Lil Wayne, Joe Moses, Nipsey Hussle and many others. I’m looking forward to this project! While YG provides that West Coast bounce that I’ve learned to love, he also provides the nitty-gritty flow and gangsta music that the West Coast music scene is currently missing.
