POP Music: Princess Cyberspace – “So Relatable”

Back in 2013, Becky More made her BennettKnows debut with the Platinum Backstage Passes that included interviews with YG, Kid Ink and Tyga. Today, the entertainer finds herself in our weekly creative spotlight. From behind the scenes, Becky takes the stage as Princess Cyberspace: a multi-media artist based out of Los Angeles, California. She is regarded as the first American artist to introduce the genre of “cyberpop” to the universe. Most recently, Princess Cyberspace made her  debut with a new STEL★LEO produced single “So Relatable”.

The fun track correlates to the singer’s corky and colorful cyber-inspired image. “I wish he liked more pics on my Instagram! I wish that he cared but he doesn’t seem to give a damn / I tried so hard to take a pic that he likes, he doesn’t like my selfie but I guess it’s alright,” she croons over the booming, electronic-pop, fused production. “Because I got 10 likes, 100 likes, 1000 likes, 10,ooo likes …. I’ll probably get more by the end of the night,” she continues. I’m really digging Becky’s transformation into Princess Cyberspace! While “So Relatable” is enough to create some buzz, I’m looking forward to more music that showcases her talent. Let’s see where she takes us next!
