New Music: Drake Promises Revenge With New Single “Summer Sixteen”

Looking for revenge!

Over the weekend, Drake debuted a new single on OVO Sound radio on Beats 1 titled “Summer Sixteen”. On the track, Drake warns that he’s looking for revenge in 2016 with the heated project. “I used to want to be on Roc-A-Fella, then I turned into Jay,” he spits. “Now I got a house in L.A., now I got a bigger pool than ‘Ye / And look man, ‘Ye’s pool is nice, mine’s just bigger is what I’m sayin,” he continues.

He also continues to fires shots at Meek Mill with a few powerful verses, “I let the diss record drop, you were standing right below me, n*gga / We must have played it a hundred times, you was going to bed,” Drake spits. “Why would I put on a vest I expect you to aim for the head / I coulda killed you the first time / You don’t have to try and say it louder n*gga / Trust, we heard you the first time.” The track serves as the first single off of the highly anticipated album Views From The Six which is due for release in April!
