New Music: Tinashe – “Energy” ft. Juicy J

Tinashe is on a roll! After teaming up with DJ Mustard for her last cut “Secret”, the R&B diva plugs in Juicy J for another production titled “Energy”. On the smooth and sexy track, Tinashe spits game to her lover. “Baby, hit me like lightning! Feel my body flowing into me! Gonna feel it inside me, light me up, you give me energy,” she croons over the mike Will Made-It production. The track features a smooth verse from Academy Award winner Juicy J. “She showed up in a trench coat with nothing on underneath that! I cut her up like a chainsaw and lay that wood like a lumberjack,” he spits. The track is everything we expect from Tinashe. Tinashe’s well on her way to a successful sophomore album. In 2015, Tinashe hit the studio with some of the greatest producers: Diplo, DJ Mustard, Hit-Boy, Max Martin, Nic Nac, Travi$ Scott and Dev Hynes. With that type of production, I’m sure Joyride has more than a few bangers! Looking forward to what Tinashe has up her sleeves! Joyride is due for release later this year!
