New Music: Krew$- “WTIPVD” (Winter Time In PVD)

Another artist adding to the emerging culture this year is Providence rapper Krew$. Today, the emcee released the “WTIPVD” an acronym for “Winter Time In Providence”. “I am about whatever man, I’m bout whatever! Winter time in PVD is feeling hot as ever! And we’re just warming up like the pot and kettle. Getting more money, more is good but a lot is better,” he spits over the Derrick Ingram power production. In a video supporting the release, Krew$ delivers the flaming bars between shots of a winter cold PVD. “Better know your abc’s! I’m doper than 80- keys, hand me the Mercedes keys,” he continues. The track serves as a preview to the rappers forthcoming project, Lo-fi, due for release later this year. What do you think?
