10. Justin Timberlake – “Suit & Tie” ft. Jay-Z
After 13 years away from music, global superstar Justin Timberlake returned to the scene with the his two-disc album The 20/20 Experience. The albums lead single “Suit & Tie”, introduced a smoother and much more mature JT with a flaming verse from Roc Nation’s Jay-Z. In the video, the duo teamed up for a classic performance that was parallel to the track. “Suit & Tie” went on to win Best Music Video at the 56th Grammys and Best Direction at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. That’s why “Suit & Tie” sets the pace of this week’s music video countdown.
9. Kanye West – “Good Life” ft. T-Pain
“Like we always do in this town!” Kanye West showed us the “Good Life” back in 2007. “Good Life” is off of Kanye’s third album, Graduation, and features vocals from T-Pain. The song won the duo a Grammy at the 50th Grammy Awards or Best Rap Song. The music video for the track is hot, featuring crazy special effects which also won the two a VMA in 2007 for Best Special Effects. I remember “Good Life” being one of the hottest tracks of summer 2007 and that’s why I chose Kanye’s “Good Life” ft. T-Pain as the #9 video on today’s countdown!
8. Rihanna – “What’s My Name” ft. Drake
Rihanna brought us the sexual track, “Whats My Name?” ft. Drake, back in 2010. The song off of Loud, was commercially successful giving Rihanna her third #1 single. The song is an energetic R&B track full of sexually innuendoes featuring a verse from Drake, who was in an relationship with the singer at the time. The music video is very entertaining as well, taking place in the city that never sleeps, New York! I couldn’t help but laugh seeing Rihanna put on your boy in the corner store at the beginning of the video! There’s no denying that Rihanna and Drake make hot music!
7. T.I. – “Live Your Life” ft. Rihanna.
“Live Your Life” of off T.I.’s sixth album, Paper Trial, was a huge success. The track featuring Rihanna topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 5 weeks straight! The song is very influential inspiring one to live their life regardless of everything else that really doesn’t matter. The video is very entertaining, telling the story of Tip’s rise to fame. “Live Your Life”, with the help of Riri, is T.I.’s most successful to date!
6. Nelly Furtado -“Promiscuous” ft. Timbaland
“Am I throwing you off?” “Nope” “Didn’t think so!” Nelly Furtado heated up the summer of 2006 with Loose track, “Promiscuous”. The song featuring Timbaland is about being promiscuous in which Nelly and Timbaland sing to each other about how much they want one another. “Promiscuous” topped the Billboard Hot 100 for six weeks, becoming Nelly Furtado’s first #1 single.
5. Eve – “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” ft. Gwen Stefani
Eve teamed up with Gwen Stefani for Scorpion track, “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” back in 2001. The track is one of Eve’s most successful songs to date. “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, won a VMA for Best Female Video and won a Grammy for best Rap/Sung Collaboration back in 2001. The music video is very entertaining, not only because it’s a blast from the past but watching Eve and Gwen get arrested for crashing a party is very fun!
4. Justin Timberlake – “My Love” ft. T.I.
“My Love” ft. T.I. off of Justin Timberlake’s second album, FutureSex/LoveSounds is this week’s #5 video. “My Love” was one of the hottest songs of 2006 topping the Billboard Hot 100 for 5 weeks straight! The music video is dope featuring an amazing choreography number which won Justin a VMA in 2006. “My Love” also won a Grammy that year for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration! What can I say, Justin Timberlake and T.I. work extremely well together!
3. Rihanna – “Umbrella” ft. Jay-Z
Rihanna’s “Umbrella” off of her third album, Good Gone Girl Bad, is this week’s #3 song. Jay-Z hopped on the 2007 hit making the song that much hotter. “Umbrella” topped the charts in more than a dozen countries, making Rihanna an international star. Rihanna and Jay-Z received the Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2008 for “Umbrella” and the music video received two VMAs that same year. There’s no doubt that when these two Roc Nation artists get together, expect nothing but hits!
2. J Lo & Ja Rule – “Im Real” (Murder Remix)
Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule killed the game with their smash hit, “Im Real” (Murder Remix). The track can be found on both Jennifer Lopez’s J.Lo and Ja Rule’s Pain Is Love. The “Im Real” (Murder Remix) topped the Billboard Top 100 for consecutive weeks! The music video features both J Lo and Ja Rule playing a relationship as they sing about their almost perfect relationship. “Im Real” gotta be one of the hottest collaborations and that’s why it lands at #2 on today’s countdown!

Nelly and Kelly’s “Dilemma”, hands down has to be one of the hottest collaborations of all time! The track could be found on both Nelly’s Nellyville and Kelly’s Simply Deep. The song is a true love song! In the music video we get to see how this on-screen relationship unfolds from Kelly Rowland moving into “Nellyville” to Nelly bagging it! The song was named the #11 most successful song of the 2000’s. “Dilemma” topped the charts in 10 counties! The track also won the two a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 45th Grammy Awards! There’s no denying that this song is one of the hottest collaborations!
