A couple days ago New England artist Jon Hope released the visuals to one of my favorite A Guy Named Harry tracks titled “Plaids & Polka Dots”. “Plaids & Polka Dots ” is a booming, pop-felt track about toxic relationships. “Excuse me but I don’t remember your name. I’m too high off of success and drunk off of fame. I hate you but f*ck you, I love you but fu*k you; so we go together like plaids and polka dots,” Buffi sings on the hook. In the vibrant video, directed by El Jay Se, Hope and Buffi pokes fun at relationships by interestingly telling the tale of a love-triangle. If you haven’t gotten with the John Hope Experience than it’s time to get familiar! “Plaids & Polka Dots” follows videos such as “Lil B Soliloquy”, “Camp St. & Comstock” and another favorite; “F.I.S.H. & Coffee Milk”. Currently Hope is working on his follow-up project 100 Miles ‘N Hour In A Parked Car. Check out Jon Hope’s “Plaids & Polka Dots” featuring Buffi below!
