After delivering a high-energy performance at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards, pop sensation Justin Bieber releases the visuals to his latest single “What Do You Mean?”. The new single is a smooth pop track about a rocky relationship. “You’re so indecisive what I’m saying, tryin’ to catch the beat — make up your heart,” he croons over the “Where Are U” reminiscent beat. “Don’t know if you’re happy or complaining,” he continues.
