After teasing his anticipated single for the last few weeks, Justin Bieber hypes fans with snippet of “What Do You Mean?”. On the 30-second teaser, Justin Bieber sings about a complicated love over the Poor Bear production. “You’re so indecisive what I’m saying, tryin’ to catch the beat — make up your heart,” he croons over the “Where Are U” reminiscent beat. “Don’t know if you’re happy or complaining,” he continues. Justin Bieber released his last project Journals over a year ago. Since then Justin Bieber has been in the studio with everyone from French Montana and Ariana Grande to P Diddy and DJ Mustard. Will “What Do You Mean?” be the beginning of Justin Bieber’s comeback? Justin Bieber will perform “What Do You Mean?” for the first time at the forthcoming Video Music Awards. The MTV VMAs will air on August 30th at 9PM EST on MTV!
