New Music: The Weeknd Channels Michael Jackson On “Can’t Feel My Face”

New Music: The Weeknd - After getting a taste of mainstream success with his hit single “Earned It”, The Weeknd sounds like he’s taking a run at the pop life! This morning, a new track titled “Can’t Feel My Face” leaked the web. The Max Martin produced track follows the themes of Abel’s previous work but sounds more mainstream-pop than anything he has ever done! “I can’t feel my face when I’m with you, but I love it,” Abel croons over the upbeat production. As I’ve always said in the past, The Weeknd’s voice is most reminiscent of the late Michael Jackson’s and this track proves it! Being a true Weeknd fan, I’m actually looking forward to Abel’s transition into pop music! I’m wondering if this sound will carry out into his next project! What do you think? Check out The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” below!
