As fans await Ciara’s new video to Ciara track, “I’m Out” ft Nicki Minaj, she teases with the release of a very entertaining lyric video to the track. The song is a female anthem about settling with men that done them wrong. The track stirred controversy when it first dropped because at the beginning Nicki raps, “Ayo Cici . . . let me show you how to do a singing b-tch greasy” sparking rumors that she dissed Ciara’s beef, Rihanna! Nicki quickly ended the rumors on twitter, “I ROCK w/ both of them. If they don’t like each other, that’s on them. I’m just out here working! It wdnt have been a sneak diss either. #fearnoman”. Mariah Carey Announces New Album!

Upon leaving “American Idol”, Mariah Carey announced that she would be releasing her sixteenth studio album. Today the diva, along with producer Jermaine Depri, announced that Mariah’s upcoming album, The Art Of Letting Go would be released on July 23! Mariah also tweeted, “Melancholic moment letting go of something this personal to me yet I couldn’t be more excited to give three years of my soul to the fans”. Kanye’s ‘Yeezus’ Will Sell More But Cole’s ‘Born Sinner’ Takes The Win!

Fans long awaited not one, but two of Hip-Hop’s biggest artists album releases! Both J. Cole’s Born Sinner and Kanye West’s Yeezus released today! Both album’s are really good; both with their own unique styles and different vision’s, but let’s go over a few thing’s: Why would J. Cole release his album on the same day as superstar Kanye West? What are these album’s highs and lows? Which album is better?

Kanye West’s sixth-solo album, Yeezus, is a piece of art. When Rolling Stone announced that the album would have a dark theme with a side of many screams and beats, I became unsure about what Kanye was doing. Upon listening I realized that Kanye wasn’t trying to make a classic; he was working on a unique and creative masterpiece that introduces something that no other artist has done before. While lyrically, Yeezus isn’t the best, the flow and constantly changing beats are entertaining and just like 808 & Heartbreaks, the album is something that any Kanye fan would easily love. My favorite tracks on the album include “Black Skinhead”, “Bound” and of course “New Slaves”. This album takes Kanye’s artistic image to new heights.

J. Cole’s sophomore album, Born Sinner, is definitely a classic and what I would call the Roc Nation artist’s breakthrough album. Lyrically, J. Cole kills it! Every track sounds great from the beats to the lyrics; I can definitely bang to this album, hands down! My favorite songs on the album are “Vlluminati” which sets the pace of the album’s “born sinner” theme, “Forbidden Fruit” and “Crooked Smile”. I think that Born Sinner redefines Cole, bringing him to new levels and soon, super-stardom, just as he wanted. The reason J. Cole released the album on the same day as Ye was probably for promotion, everyone loves a good-old album-sales battle, and inorder for J. Cole to be compared to artists such as Jay-Z and Kanye he needed to make a move like this. I believe that it was a very wise move that will positively impact the future of Cole’s career.

So which album is better? In my opinion, Born Sinner! Overall, Born Sinner is a classic and a much better listen! Yeezus is for fans; I really can’t see any of the album’s tracks taking over the radio. I believe that Yeezus is going to sell more copies, only because Kanye is an established rapper with a huge fan base, however Born Sinner is the album that is going to make an overall bigger impact! Katy Perry Discusses Russell Brand & John Mayer In Vogue

Katy Perry looks stunning for Vogue Magazine. In the interview for the magazine, Katy discusses her past two relationships with both Russell Brand and John Mayer. First she goes into detail about her divorce with Russell explaining that she hasn’t talked to him since the divorce, “He’s a very smart man, and I was in love with him when I married him. Let’s just say I haven’t heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011.” Sheesh! That’s tough! She also discussed their relationship breakdown, “At first when I met him he wanted an equal, and I think a lot of times strong men do want an equal, but then they get that equal and they’re like, ‘I can’t handle the equalness.’ He didn’t like the atmosphere of me being the boss on tour. So that was really hurtful, and it was very controlling, which was upsetting”. While Katy Perry and John Mayer are rumored to be back together, Katy says she’s still in love with the singer, “I’m still madly in love with him [John]“. New Music: Juicy J – “Bounce It” ft. Wale & Trey Songz

There’s no doubt that Juicy J loves the strip club! Today, Juicy dropped the new strip club anthem, “Bounce It”, featuring Trey Songz and Wale. While Trey Songz covers the hook, Wale adds a verse to Juicy’s two verses. I’m not impressed with “Bounce It” and find it weak compared to Juicy’s hit “Bandz A Make Her Dance”. The song serves as the third single off of Juicy’s debut album, Stay Trippy. The album will feature many artists such as Chris Brown, The Weeknd, Big Sean and many others. Stay Trippy is due later this summer, until then check out “Bounce It” featuring Trey Songz and Wale below!

Justin Bieber Involved In Hit And Run [Watch]

Justin Bieber just can’t get rid of the paparazzi . . . so he decided to get kill them, one-by-one! Nah, just playing! A couple days ago, the Biebs was spotted leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles with his friend, Lil Twist. As the two walked to Bieber’s car, both were hounded by dozens of paparazzi. In a video released by TMZ, Bieber can be seen trying to drive off but due to the flashing lights, blinding Justin, he accidentally hit one of the pap as he pulled away! Don’t worry Beliebers! While it was clearly a “hit and run”, Bieber told the LAPD during an interview that he didn’t know he hit the pap due to the flashing lights! Plus, the pap was in the road! It’s crazy how far the paparazzi will go for that one picture! Wait to go Justin, one down . . . hundreds to go! Check out the video below!

Wale returns with the follow-up single of his upcoming album, The Gifted. Wale switches up his flow with new single, “Clappers”, which is a club banger featuring rappers Juicy J and Nicki Minaj. A video for the track will be shot today in both New York City and Washington D.C. by director Benny Boom who has also directed videos such as Nicki Minaj’s “High School” and Trey Songz’, “2 Reasons”. Fans highly anticipate the music video to Miley Cyrus’ comeback single, “We Can’t Stop”. The MikeWill Made produced song is a smooth, party song about living life carelessly. Miley has been teasing fans with numerous still photos of footage from the video. Yesterday, she shared a video from the set. In the eight-second clip, Miley Cyrus swim in a pool and all of her friends jump in splashing her . . . not as scandalous as everyone thought! Yesterday, rapper M.I.A. stopped by BBC Radio to promote her new single, “Bring The Noize” off of her upcoming album Mantagi. The track is a swaggy, upbeat-rap with that unique M.I.A. feel. Mantagi was suppose to come out earlier this year but will be released in the Fall. “I was literally just kinda gonna start making records and putting them out from the bedroom straight on the Internet. This is my last stab at it.” M.I.A. explained. The track is the first single off the upcoming album and is M.I.A’s first attempt to step into a new style. Check out M.I.A’s “Bring The Noize” below!
