Last night’s Video Music Awards were exciting kicking off with an interesting performance by Rihanna, Calvin Harris and A$AP Rocky with “Cockiness Remix” and “We Found Love”. Other performances included Pink, who soared over the audience with “One Last Kiss”, Frank Ocean perfectly sang “Missing You”, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz ending with Wayne surfing the crowd during “Yuck”, One Direction’s VMA debut with “One Thing”, Alicia Keys, Nicki Minaj  and Gabby Douglas who did some flips on stage during the performance for “Girl On Fire”, Green Day and Taylor Swift announcing we are never ever getting back together. Some of the nights awards included One Direction – “What Makes You Beautiful” for Best New Artist, Drake – “HYFR” for Best Hip-Hop Video, Chris Brown – “Turn Up The Music” for Best Male Video, Nicki Minaj – “Starships” for Best Female Video and Rihanna – “We Found Love” for Video of The Year.
