Justin Bieber is right behind Mother Monster  with 22.5 Million followers, followed by Katy Perry with 20.4 Million. Rihanna claims spot number four with 19 Million followers, Britney Spears comes in fifth with 17.2 followers, Shakira comes next with 16.2 Million,  Barack Obama has 16 Million followers and lastly Kim Kardashian clocks in with 14.8 Million followers.
